Five images taken over a three month period are of Kyle my stepson, Kyle lives with Asperger syndrome. Each image show a different aspect of Kyle’s personality over a three month period from Kyle leaving school and starting Sixth Form (college)

Bring any new photo books (think presents you got for Christmas, or picked up in the sales!) or even an old favourite. A relaxed evening sat around looking at photos.

Don’t have a book to bring? Even more reason to come along, and enjoy/share in the books on show.

The Nottingham Photo Social is an informal monthly gathering that offers a platform for local photographers to showcase their photography, improve their skills, and develop their personal approach to their photography projects.

Please come along and bring some prints to share ideas and get some useful feedback.

Or just come along to hear loads of talks, including a good chunk of photographers exhibiting currently as part of Off-Centre.

Were gonna have snack food and breaks to socialise. (If you submitted via the festival we can pull your images from the submission process, but we can pull up your website or Instagram too)

We will be running more events over the year, including another lightning talks event!

True Dutch eyes is a film about the work of a Dutc True Dutch eyes is a film about the work of a Dutch photographer called Dana Lixenberg who’s living in New York. 
She’s specialised in portraits but calls herself a documentary photographer. Her work looks technically simple while the power of her work arises from the intimity with the people she portrays. 
The film is about an hour long, then there will be chance to talk about it after.

Free event, just turn up.
